As a team, we developed a strategy that will shape Prime Boiler Services to be the best steam and heating solution provider in North America. My greatest accomplishment has been to layer in the financial pieces to ensure we are successful in achieving that goal.

I continue to train and develop Manager’s and VP’s to gain a deeper understanding of the financials and assist in strategic financial planning.  I have implemented strong financial modeling which allows for accurate budgeting and forecasts while improved efficiencies in financial processes, internal controls, and accounting procedures have all contributed to our goals.

I look forward to further develop our financial framework to facilitate our strategies and continue to create the necessary plans to grow our business and ensure the mutual success of our clients and partners.
