Since joining the Leadership Team at Prime Boiler Services my focus has building a multi-year people strategy that will improve our Employee Experience (EX). This is all about what we can do to make people’s work lives better and in turn, make our company better. As strategy shifts to execution, key EX initiatives include re-development of Prime’s Total Rewards program and the creation and launch of PBS Development Centre. The Development Centre will encompass an array of different modalities including workshops, seminars, self-guided online, team and individual coaching as well as career planning and technical training.

I am excited about the role I will play in creating and supporting a grounded, balanced Employee Experience; one that differentiates Prime Boiler Services from our competitors to keep and attract great people, drive employee engagement and in turn, enable the company to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience. My overarching goal is to help build a culture that enables our team to fully realize their own potential and power.
