During my time at Prime Boiler Services, I have developed a new team by clearly defining Business Support, redefining individual roles, and evolving the Business Support team into a cross-functional team that adapts to support business continuity. Through the development of Business Support, the team streamlined administrative processes for all departments by creating and putting in place workflows that ensure high-level efficiencies. Additionally, I have optimized and improved innovation through collaboration in finding new, unique, and optimal ways to conduct work. Setting a strategic priority to stabilize our IT environment and develop our technology infrastructure to support remote workers due to an ever-changing world.
What is next, I look forward to ensuring continuous improvement and balancing effectiveness and efficiencies to foster growth. I will continue optimizing technology to gain workflow efficiencies between field staff and office staff to support excellent customer service. Utilize communities of interest, by identifying staff who have interest and expertise for different projects within the organization, building and developing collaborative partnerships to make a difference by working together to find a super simple solution that can be duplicated across departments and branches. Lastly, our document management system, I am committed to simplifying our document structure, improving employee productivity and our customer experience, and increasing collaboration across all departments and branches.
Being a leader at Prime Boiler Services means being a part of something bigger than oneself. Experiencing and witnessing individuals, departments and branches growing into a collaborative team.
