During my time at Prime Boiler, I revised and standardized the various Quality Control Manuals between jurisdictions. I improved safety messaging with staff by hosting virtual video safety meetings. I continue to look for ways to build on the Company’s core values, especially Safety and look for ways that will be interactive. I continue to develop the mindset that safety is everyone’s responsibility.

I have taken my ability to build relationships with our Jurisdictional Authorities to having many of them see the value in having the Prime Boiler team as we look to be problem solvers that work with both Owners and Safety Officers. I look forward to continuing to develop and train staff where opportunities exist in the areas of Quality and Safety.

The goal for Safety and Quality is to be, innovative, collaborative, interactive and keep it simplified so that it is easy to understand and implement into everyday life at work, home, and play.

Being a leader at Prime Boiler Services means that I must lead by example, take the high road and be supportive of all personnel in their tasks and requirements. Living by the organization’s vision, mission, core values and principles needs to be a daily example for each of our teammates.
