EXPANSION TANKS
EXPANSION TANKS

At Prime, we carry tanks that can handle the expansion of your boiler’s fluid system during its heating or cooling process. They in turn help your system not to exceed critical pressure limits. These types of tanks, on hand at Prime, are designed to absorb the expanding fluid using compressed air and are required for closed-loop heating systems.

FEED WATER PUMPS
FEED WATER PUMPS

Keep things flowing throughout your system. These types of pumps push feed water from your boiler’s deaerator through the high-pressure heaters and eventually into the heat recovery steam generator. The feed water pumps we carry are known for their high differential head (or what it adds in terms of fluids to your system).

CHEMICAL PUMPS
CHEMICAL PUMPS

A chemical feed pump, or a chemical dosing pump, injects a precise amount of chemical or other substance into water, gas or steam. It’s usually part of a chemical feeder system that’s made up a pump or multiple pumps, a storage tank, pipes and a control panel.

ASME CERTIFIED VESSELS
ASME CERTIFIED VESSELS

At Prime, you’ll find fluid system products (or vessels) that have the stamp of approval from the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS
WATER TREATMENT CHEMICALS

Prime has on hand a complete selection of products for corrosion and scale deposition control, including Molyhib-C and Nitrihib.

GLYCOL
GLYCOL

Prevent corrosion from the get-go and maintain heat exchange surfaces at all times. Our full line of inhibitors and cleaners are made to protect any heat transfer system; that includes inhibited propylene glycol (PM line) and inhibited ethylene glycol (EM line).
